Twenty-eight grants were today awarded under Grand Challenges: Voices for Economic Opportunity. These grants were sponsored by a group of eight philanthropic partners that includes the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, James Irvine Foundation, W.K.
